Meet Our Founder – Aja Harper MSN, RN-TNCC

Aja (Kellam) Harper, MSN, BSN, RN, is a dedicated Emergency Room and Travel Nurse with over 15 years of experience in IV therapy, trauma-informed care, and health education. A proud Delaware native, she is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and, did I mention, a 2023 Delaware's 40 Under 40 Honoree for her work and passion in healthcare. Aja has committed her career to addressing healthcare disparities in all communities with a goal to better serve urban and underserved communities.
 

Aja holds a Master’s in Nursing Education and has served as a SANE (Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner), ACLS/CPR Instructor, and a Nurse Educator. She is a champion for wellness, advocating for patient empowerment and accessible care.
 

As the founder of Hydration Haven Wellness Spa, Aja blends her clinical mastery with personal purpose, bringing science-based IV hydration therapy directly to the communities that need it most. Her mission is to reduce ER visits, provide immediate relief for common hydration-related symptoms, and educate clients on achieving long-term wellness.
